The Lexington Park Nursing and Post Acute Care Facility is the newest neighbor in the Lexington Park Retirement Community. Nestled amongst the ponds and trees, this lovely nursing facility is also within walking distance of beautiful Gage Park and Fleming Place Shopping Center.

The facility is part of the full continuum of care, all offered on the same campus, by the Lexington Park Retirement Community. Our Independent Living Apartments and Assisted Living Apartments are both conveniently adjacent to the nursing facility


At Lexington Park Nursing and Post Acute Care Facility, we offer a 30-bed Post Acute unit for people needing a short-term stay. It enables residents to rehabilitate prior to returning to their residence in the community. The Post Acute Unit features private rooms and corner suites, many of which offer private bathing. Cable TV, individual phone lines and a private dining room are just a few of the amenities offered.

Our Long Term Care 60-bed unit greets residents with vaulted ceilings, an original oil painting and a handcrafted fireplace. To further enhance the residential feeling, our rooms are grouped into smaller “neighborhoods”. Centrally located amongst our traditional semi-private rooms, corner suites, and private rooms are our spacious living rooms, which encourage socialization. Whether enjoying a cozy fire or simply watching television, residents in our Long Term Care unit feel a sense of community and belonging.

We realize our residents have special dietary needs. Food menus are prepared three times daily and supervised by a licensed dietitian to satisfy individual requirements and preferences. In addition, our facility also offers a variety of therapies, planned activities, and beauty and barber shop services.
