Caregivers Home Health is a home health agency providing quality health services, with physician orders, to persons in the security and reassurance of their own home. The client and their family team with the home health nurse and the client's physician, to implement the most appropriate home care plan and services for the client.

Our carefully selected staff of licensed professional nurses, and therapists, and Home Health Aides, will provide you with the best possible care. Their focus is on promoting client health and independent functioning, thereby preventing unnecessary hospitalization or nursing home placement. Caregivers Home Health can ease the adjustment of early hospital discharge, and prevent unnecessary rehospitalization.

Our goal is to provide the best possible care at the most reasonable cost. Medicare and Medicaid will cover the cost of most health services and therapies and Caregivers will take care of all the billing to Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance companies in regard to your home health care provided. Services are available on a private pay basis if not eligible for Medicare coverage. Private insurance payment will depend on the individual's policy coverage.

Home health care "Patient's Bill of Rights and Responsibilities" allows you the choice of who will provide your home care. If we are unable to provide you with the necessary care, referral to an appropriate caregiver will be made.

At Caregivers, a Registered Nurse is available 24 hours a day, if needed to make necessary home visits.
