Resident Services

While the following services are available to all Homestead residents, the degree and frequency of these services will vary by the level of service that you and The Homestead staff have selected.

• Three nutritionally-balanced, home-cooked meals each day, served in our Dining Room, with provisions to accommodate special dietary needs

• Health Care Services

• Personalized assistance with dressing, bathing and medications

• Housekeeping Services (vacuuming, changing bed linens, dusting, cleaning bathroom and kitchen areas)

• Personal Laundry and Linen Services (does not include dry cleaning)

• Water, Sewer and Refuse Disposal Services

• All utilities (excluding telephone and Cable TV)

• All Interior/Exterior Maintenance Services; includes lawn and landscaping maintenance, and maintenance of all appliances furnished by The Homestead

• 24-hour monitoring of Emergency Communication System

• Resident Activities Program (social, cultural, spiritual and recreational activities)

• Use of Residence and Areas with direct access to the Dining Room, Parlor, Living Room, available Beauty and Barber Salon, and Administrative Offices
